The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington (FISCNORDETWASH) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with the Moore Tool Company for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard Detachment (PESO) to procure components for integration to a Moore Coordinate Measuring Machine Model M-48. This Requirement includes a guage head with associated software, a rotary table, software updates, installation, and training. This requirement will include the removal of hardware, and an Option to trade in the hardware to the successful offeror. The required delivery schedule is approximately 120 days after contract award. FOB destination is required to Carderock, MD. The proposed contract type is firm fixed price. A Justification and Approval (J&A) has been prepared. All responsible sources may submit complete cost and technical packages to support their individual challenge to the J&A to the Customer Service Center previously stated in line 11.
