Due to the proprietary nature of the items being procured, the Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) intends to issue a sole source contract to CGI Systems, Inc., 1725 Duke Street, Suite 650, Alexandria VA 22314. This contract will is awarded for the software maintenance/enhancement for all PACBASE related software items for the Amdahl 5890-600E as follows: Personalized Documentation Manager, Structured Code, PACBASE Access Facility, Rename and Move Utility, Subnetwork Comparison Utility, Journal Statistics Utility, Production Environment Interface, DSMS-GUI Workstations, Workstation Hose/Server Software, Pacbench Workstation, Pacdesign Workstation, On-line System Development (OLSD)(MVS/CICS), Batch System Development for MVS, Database Description Generator (DBD) for SQL/DB2, Database Description Generator (DBD) for IDMS, Reengineering Workstation (REWS), Pacbase Automatic Windowing (PAW), Pacbase Repository, Database Description Generator (DBD) for Datacomb/DB, Repository Extensibility, Develop Support Mgt System (DSMS), Quality Control (w/QC Extensibility), Pactable, Pactable Execution Component for MVS/CICS, Cobol Reengineering Generator, Cobol Reverse Data Analysis (MVS/CICS). The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
