FISC San Diego Regional Contracts Department intends to negotiate with Logicon, Inc. on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1, for an extension of Contract N00123-91-C-5139. The extension will be for a period of 6 months with an option for an additional 6 months. The contract provides tactical data link interoperability support services, on a cost plus fixed fee basis, for the Navy Center for Tactical Systems Interoperability in San Diego, CA.
