HUD intends to award three contracts from Request for Proposals (RFP) H05R95029400000 for the providing of management and related services for single-family properties owned by, or in the custody of HUD in the following three geographic areas of the State of Ohio: (1) the area constituted by the Counties of Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs and Scioto; (2) the area which includes the Counties of Allen, Auglaiza, Harding, Mercer, Putnam, Shelby and Van Wert; and (3) the area which includes the Counties of Athens, Fairfield, Fayette, Hocking, Pickaway, Pike, Ross and Vinton. The services to be required under the three contracts will include, but not be limited to, inspections, debris-removal, lawn maintenance, and winterization. Each contract will have a base period of 12 months, and HUD will have the option of extending the period of each contract for 2 additional years in 1-year increments. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 6531. The size standard is $1.5 Million. The RFP will be available in approximately 15 days from the date of this notice. Proposals will be due in approximately 45 days from the date of this notice.
