Correction. This announcement serves to modify the notice of contract action (NOCA) synopsis published earlier in May 95. Reference also, sources sought synopsis published on 2 Mar 95. The 10% fee limitation for service contracts referred to in FAR 15.903 is voided; ''SAILS'' is an R&D effort with incidental SETA service support. The secret facility clearance requirement specified in the 2 Mar 95 synopsis is changed to Top Secret for both facility and safeguarding capability. The 48-month contract effort will include a concurrent option. Release of the formal RFP will occur on or about 12 Jun 95. All other information publicized previously is correct. (0150)
