PRICE LISTS AND BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FSCS 5905, 5910, 5915 and 5950 Price Lists and Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Passive Devices Commodity Management Group (CMG) at Defense Electronics Supply Center, DESC-EOP, is requesting manufacturers and dealers of Federal Supply Codes (FSCs) 5905, 5910, 5915 and 5950 to consider preparing price lists for government use. As the government looks for ways to work more efficiently, the use of price lists (used extensively in the past) is being viewed as practice which should be revived in the EOP CMG. Price lists can cut down on the amount of paperwork for both the contractors and government. It is recognized that this initiative is focused on contractors who supply commercial or military specification items and will therefore be more useful in some of the FSCs than others. In addition, another initiative that can go hand-in-hand with a price list, (but does not depend on the submittal of a price list), is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). EOP would like to use BPAs to award as many of the small purchases (under $25,000) as possible. EOP will have a standard BPA. This will cut down on the paperwork by having the terms and conditions agreed to on the BPA and the calls will consist of only a DD Form 1155 and a SF 36 with price and delivery.
