Henninger, Contracting Officer, (303) 236-5900 x335 Project consists of the interior construction and finishing of newly completed unfinished building space located in the Karl E. Mundt Federal Building, at the EROS Data Center, Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, South Dakota. Approximately 33,000 square feet of a newly constructed building addition require that the interior be finished to include office space, auditorium and training rooms. Also included is the construction of interior partitions, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and all associated work necessary to finish occupiable spaces. Subject to availability of funds work may also include placement of part or all of approximately 50,000 square feet of concrete slab in the lower level of the building addition. Performance time is 150 calendar days. The estimated cost range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Plans will be available for inspection without charge at several building exchanges, contact the Contracting Officer, in writing, to request additional information regarding these locations. A non-refundable fee of $75.00 is required for plans and specifications. Potential bidders must request IFB 5-6068 in writing, and include a check payable to DOI - U.S. Geological Survey.
