Construct Type II, Slurry Seal on various Indian Reservation paved roads within Southern Pueblos Agency jurisdiction. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform all contract work for the projects which are located at Cochiti Pueblo and Santo Domingo Pueblo, New Mexico. Project is 4.6 miles total with an estimated cost between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract performance time to complete work will be set at 60 calendar days. Measurement and payment for work performed, or items furnished will be made in accordance with Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-92) Section 109, measurement and payment. Contract will be awarded on ''All or None'' basis. This procurement is an Indian economic enterprise set-aside.
