The work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, drawing, and all applicable codes and standards. The work shall be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Hospital, Hines Il. 60141 (Hines Il. is located approximately 13 miles west of downtown Chicago). Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The furnishing and installation of sleeves, the removal, protection and relaying of all turf and/or sod, excavation and backfill and testing of the system. Bid documents will be available after June 15, 1995, by written request to the Contracting Officer, accompained by a refundable deposit check of $35.00. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit planned for June 28, 1995, at 10:00am local time. Bid opening date is scheduled for July 18, 1995 at 1:30pm local time.
