Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision, and support to demolish and replace the air conditioning systems in eighty-nine (89) housing units at Andersen AFB, Guam, including installation of new concrete pads and shield walls. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and the peformance period is 280 days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to this solicitation.
