Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to replace a flat roof at USARC, Beloit, WI. Work includes removal of existing built-up roofing, gutters, and downspouts. Flashing material does contain asbestos. Install a new EPDM ballasted roofing system, rigid insulation, new aluminum soffit, facia, gutters, and downspouts. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Performance time is 30 days.
