Project involves the replacement of the existing Rail/Truck Scale at Point Pleasant Depot, Point Pleasant, West Virginia. The Contractor shall provide all of the necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove an existing Fairbanks Model 12-1/2-75 Rail/Truck scale, 50' x 10' and install a new scale 70' min. x 10'. The Contractor shall provide and install a temporary scale suitable to weighing rail/truck cars during this project.
