The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Investigation Division (CID) has a requirement to purchase sixty (60) 3rd generation night vision pocket scope systems. These scopes are to be used for night surveillance, security of undercover agents, the gathering of investigative leads and in conjunction with single lens reflex (SLR) cameras and camcorders. Detailed specifications for the pocket scopes will be set forth in the IFB due to be issued on or about JUNE 30, 1995.
