The government intends to acquire Comnet III digital simulation softwre for a single user. This software shall be an object-oriented inter-network model with interactive animation. It shall be used to develop computer models for simulating conditions, and diagnosing problems on WANs and LANs. It must allow, with no programming required, the selection of link, node, and traffic generator objects, and their positioning on the screen with a mouse.
