Provide equipment, labor, and material to design, furnish, test, and install a comprehensive Anesthesia Information System which integrates the functional needs of the Anesthesia care provider and the manager/administrator. The software development will include software maintenance, support services, and user training. Solicitation evaluation factors include project experience in software systems design, project experience in healthcare operation systems, and technical experience in computer hardware, software, and communications demonstrating training for users. The proposed contract will commence on or about August 1, 1995. The performance period is 30 days from date of award. Telephone or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
