The Umatilla National Forest is soliciting bids for performing stand examinations of an estimated 3,000 plots (1,000 plots per Bid Item) located on the Walla Walla Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest in Northeast Oregon. The units are located through the District in Umatilla and Union Counties, Oregon. There are an estimated 12,000 acres to be examined with a contract start date of 7/31/95 and 90 days contract time per Bid Item. Contract time will run concurrently on all 3 Bid Items.
