Box 11337, Tuscon, AZ, 85734-1337, for the manufacture and incorporation of Missile Radar Altimeter Test Assembly (MRATA) upgrade kits into Common Missile Assembly Test Sets (CMATS) and for the redesign of MRATA antenna couplers. HMSC is the only firm possessing the required technical knowledge, personnel, and access to the missiles and test equipment associated with this effort.
