The services will be performed at White Sands Test Facility and adjacent Air Force, White Sands Ground Terminal, and Second TDRSS Ground Terminal facilities. These facilities are located approximately 20 miles northeast of Las Cruces, NM, and currently are serviced by 45 8-cubic-yard dumpster containers. Sufficient containers are required to service an equivalent number of locations. A solicitation will be issued on or about June 30, 1995. This effort will be a 100% small business set-aside.
