The principal components of the work include: Furnishing and installing the stator winding, stator core, excitation system, replace or reinsulate the field winding, and provide necessary ancillary equipment in three hydropower generators for operation at 125,000 kW, 13.8 kV, 0.97 power factor, 60 hz. The generators have a current nameplate capacity of 95,000 MW with a sixty degree rise at 13.8 kV, 0.97 power factor and 60 hz. It also includes furnishing and installing new equipment for a high pressure lubricated type thrust bearing in the three units to be rewound. In addition, this work will include furnishing an additional core and thrust bearing equipment. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including as to whether small, large, minority-owned, and/or woman-owned. This acquisition is a total labor surplus area set-aside. The small business size standard for a concern, including its affiliates, is not to exceed $17 million in average annual receipts for its preceding 3 fiscal years.
