The principal components of work include: remove and stockpile existing gravel surfacing; excavate for foundations and trenches; place and compact backfill and gravelfill; replace and compact gravel surfacing around new building foundation; construct reinforced concrete foundations, grade beams, floor slab, entry slabs, and aprons; embed anchor bolts in concrete foundation; construct corrugated metal pipe bumper posts; embed angles at driveways; apply board insulation to concrete foundations and grade beams; and install PVC electrical conduit underground.
