Correnti, 215/656-6401 GSA requires the design-build replacement of a 1054kw (300 ton) chiller associated piping and components, and renovations to the mechanical room to meet recent ASHRAE standards at the Walter E. Hoffman Courthouse located at 200 Granby Street, Norfolk, Virginia. The procurement is being procured on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Estimated contract value is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC code is 1711. The building will be 100% occupied during the project. The successful offer will replace chillers and associated chilled water system components, provide related management and inspection services, training of Government operation and maintenance personnel, and warranties/guarantees. Due to the complexity of this project, offerors are required to meet established minimum technical criteria, including but not limited to the successful completion of at least three chiller replacement projects of similar size in the past five years, class ''A'' contractor currently licensed in the state of Virginia, and documentation of a professional engineer, registered with the State of Virginia, who can show experience within the past five years commensurate with the above requirement.
