59 -- AVIONIC OSCILLATORS SOL N68836 95 R 0139 DUE 071595 POC Contact Contract Specialist, Victoria West, Code 201.86, Fax No. (904) 779-4064, Tele No. (904) 779-3041 The Government intends to negotiate a contract with Trak Microwave Corporation for the quantity of four (4) Avionic Oscillators, Trak Part No. 5045-1009 to be utilized by the Naval Aviation Depot, Jacksonville, Florida for the repair of the AN/ALR-67 Electronic Counter Measuring Systems for the A6E, F14 and F/A18 aircraft. The Government intends to negotiate only with Trak Microwave Corporation, 4726 Eisenhower Blvd., Tampa, Florida under the authority of FAR 6.302, as the original equipment manufacturer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government and which are received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
