This synopsis is a Notice of Intent and should not be considered an RFP. No solicitation document exists and requests for such a document will be considered an invalid response. Responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication in the CBD. If a response is made it must be in writing (Reference: MDA908-95-Q-0064) and shall include all applicable charges and sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to satisfy the stated requirement. No telephone quotations will be allowed. If no affirmative responses are received within the stated time frame indicating that a comparable source is more advantageous to the Government, a Delivery Order will be placed with AmeriData Federal Systems under the terms and conditions of the applicable GSA Schedule. No contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice, because the synopsis of intent to place an order against the schedule contract shall not be considered a solicitation document.
