No solicitation exists for distribution. The forthcoming agreement will be effective October 1, 1995 and will have a one-year term, with an additional one-year option period. The projected contract number is DE-AC01-95AD71056. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
