The Library of Congress intends to issue an RFQ to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK subscription services on behalf of U.S. Air Force Armstrong Laboratory (TBMM) for domestic and foreign serials and publications and for related services.
