The tow cables and ropes may contain: metallic or non-metallic strength members, power and signal electrical conductors, signal optical fibers jacketing material, and filler material. The cables and ropes may also have any of the following types of strum reducing fairings: ribbon, hair, indexed stub, or rigid sectional fairing. Type of Contract: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions; Level of Effort: 2,620 man-hours; Period of Performance: 3 Years. Proposals will be evaluated on a Greatest Value basis; Key Categories are Program Manager and Engineer Level III. The SERVICE CONTRACT ACT will apply. The incumbent is Tension Member Technology.
