The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis with AIL Systems, Inc. Commack Road, Deer Park, NY 11729 for the development of a W-Band Signal Source covering the full 75 to 110 GHz range with Options to develop a W-Band attenuator and integrate all components in accordance with AIL Systems white paper dated 13 March 1995. Delivery of the W-Band Signal Source will be 8 months after contract award. The option for the W-Band attenuator, if exercised, will be 6 months after excercise of option.
