Notice of Contractual Action. Reference is made to the Sources Sought Synopsis published on 21 Feb 95 for the Test and Payload Integration (TPI) acquisition in support of the CHOP. This announcement is to notify all interested parties that Phillips Laboratory, Space and Missiles Technology Directorate intends to contract for the TPI effort and expects to release a solicitation on or about 19 Jun 95. Responses are due thirty (30) days thereafter for technical/management and cost proposals. This acquisition is solicited on a full and open competition basis. The security classification of the contract is expected to be SECRET/NOFORN. Foreign firms are not allowed to participate as the prime contractor.
