A USPS solicitation for shared energy saings at the NJI&BMC, 80 County Rd. Jersey City NJ 07097, will be issued on or about 6/12/95. Contractor will supply all labor, materials and equipment for chiller replacement project. The contractor is to identify, design, install and finance an energy saving opportunity, to be installed in a USPS owned building. A separate solicitation for a shared energy savings lighting project at the same location will be issued the same date. Est. construction time is 180 days.
