A USPS solicitation for shared energy savings at the NJI&BMC, 80 County Rd, Jersey City NJ 07097, will be issued on or about 6/12/95. Contractor will supply all labor, materials and equipment for a lighting retrofit project. The contractor is to identify, design, install and finance an energy saving opportunity, to be installed in a USPS owned building. A separate solicitation for shared energy savings chiller replacement project at the same location will be issued the same date. Est. construction time is 180 days. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and financial proposals. A preproposal conference for both lighting and chillers will be held 6/26/95 at 10 AM at the NJI&BMC.
