Northrop Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc. seeks subcontractor in connection with contract to perform investigation, design, preparation of specifications and drawings in multiple disciplines for construction of roads, utilities, buildings, building systems, and remodeling projects for a period of one year. The criteria which will be the basis for selecting firms are (in descending order of importance): (1) Experience in design as stated above; (2) Professional qualifications of staff to include professional credentials, experience and training; (3) Professional capacity of firm to accomplish work in required time; (4) Past performance of previous DoD and other contracts; (5) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm in general geographic area of the project.
