D -- ADP MAINTENANCE FOR HP EQUIPMENT SOL N00164-95-R-0185 DUE 071795 POC Contact--Ms. Kathy King, Code 1165ZP, 812-854-3734/Ms. Betty Gaiser, Contracting Officer Maintenance (including labor and parts) of government owned Automatic Data Processing (ADP) equipment (Hewlett Packard brand) located at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana, Dugger, Indiana, and Louisville Kentucky sites. Service will be an on- call maintenance with a 2-hour, 4-hour, and 24-hour or 72-hour response time during the Principal Period of Maintenance times. ADP equipment includes approximately 2000 each of displays, ~rzOmdF#HM1printers, plotters, controllers, computers, etc. The contractor shall provide all test equipment, diagnostic routines, documentation, schematics, hardware/software manuals and tools required for maintenance of the equipment. This task requires that contractor have access to the OEM update service for manuals. Contractor shall provide availability and use to the Government of all maintenance, diagnostic software and testing procedures, system configuration and verification of system and device performance. Period of Performance estimated to be from 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 with three each of one- year options. Award to a single vendor is anticipated. Note 49 is applicable.
