USAYPG has a requirement for cellular telephone service on a 24-hour basis for a variety of Government-owned cellular phones. It is the intent of USAHPG to award a firm-fixed price contract utilizing the two-step method. The contractor will be responsible for providing cellular telephone services, activation services, new cellular phone number assignment, and detailed monthly billings.
