USDA, Forest Service, Shasta-Trinity National Forest is issuing a negotiated contract to perform watershed restoration work on the Hayfork Ranger District, Trinity County, California. The project will involve the blading and shaping of approximately 25 miles of Forest road, cleaning and reconstructing catch basins and cleaning and repairing culvert inlets and outlets. Also involved is the decommission and/or closing of roads by ripping roadbed, removing culverts and constructing earth barriers; and rip and/or waterbar approximately 30 miles of skid trails. Bidders will be required to submit both price and technical proposals.
