H -- H -- LEGAL SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF A-12 AIRCRAFT PROGRAM POC Contact, MARK DIEHL, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure, from Arnold & Porter, 555 Twelfth Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20004-1202, legal services in support of the A-12 Aircraft Program. The contemplated contract, including options, will be for a period of up to three years with a maximum of 40,000 labor hours per year. The legal services procured will require the law firm of Arnold & Porter to provide analysis, advice, and an independent assessment of disputes related to the A-12 Research and Development contract (N00019-88-C-0500). This is a continuation of the legal services Arnold & Porter is currently providing for the A-12 Aircraft Program under a competitively awarded contract (N00019-94-D-0097). Arnold & Porter is the only firm that possesses the familiarity with the complex factual, technical, and legal issues involved in the A-12 litigation and attorney work product data necessary to provide the required services within the required timeframes.
