The solicitation is available at no cost; blueprints, if desired, must be specifically requested along with payment of a non-refundable fee of $8.00 per set; the fee must be provided in advance by check or money order payable to DHHS/NIH. Blueprint requests, which are properly identified and include the required payment, shall be mailed via first class U.S. mail service within two working days from receipt by NIEHS of the required fee. In the event that some type of express mail or commercial courier is desired, contact Ms. Lynn Byrd at 919-541-2724, to establish which types of services are available at this Institute. For such special arrangements, an additional charge of $15.00 shall be required, payable in advance and furnished with the routine cost for blueprints shown above. DO NOT SUBMIT CASH.
