Management and custodial services for one to four family properties owned or held by the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Montgomery Area. The duties will include but are not limited to: preparing specifications for repairs, solilciting bids for repairs, performing lawn maintenance, winterizing property and pool, securing property and pool, conducting property inspections, installing locks, and cleaning interior and exterior. To qualify for award the contractor must have or obtain a Real Estate Broker License for the State of Alabama, and must be experienced in Management of Single Family Properties. The Montgomery area as established under this RFP will consist of properties located in Hale, Perry, Coosa, Tallapoosa, Chambers, Marengo, Dallas, Lee, Russell, Choctaw, Wilcox, Bullock, Autauga, Elmore, Macon, Lowndes, Montgomery, Chilton, Greene and Sumter counties. RFP 8-95-062 proposed issuance date June 12, 1995. Proposed Bid opening date July 14, 1995. Any contract awarded will be for one year with two one-year options.
