The St. Louis (MO) Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform a Management Review Audit (Audit) for the SLHA. The review must be performed in accordance with generally accepted government standards covering management review audits. The Audit shall cover all operations of the SLHA and at the option of the SLHA may cover subordinate units that receive, expend, or administer funds through the SLHA. This Audit will be conducted: to determine whether the SLHA is meeting its stated goals and objectives; to determine whether the SLHA is being managed effectively and efficiently; and, to make recommendations to improve the operations of the Authority. Firms responding to this solicitation must have performed similar management reviews of similar agencies within the past three (3) years. If such reviews were conducted for public housing authorities, such authorities must be comparable in size (6,378 public housing units, 4,943 Section 8 units).
