This is a contract for advertising services for HUD-Owned properties in the State of Mississippi. The Contractor's finished product is this office's means of notifying real estate professionals of HUD-owned properties for sale. The contract requires the contractor to perform the following: set up and maintain mailing list, download and receive data via computer modem, track property status, manage data to produce property listing reports, reproduce listing reports, transmit listing reports to mailing list via fax and mail, establish and maintain electronic and voice bulletin boards, provide customer service lines using toll-free telephone number.
