Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to rent portable copiers Sharp 7320 and 2014 or equal, fax,Sharp 3250 or equal, boxed and packed for field movement in accordance with specifications of the solicitation. It is the intention to award a firm fixed price requirements contract resulting from this solicitation to a single responsive responsible contractor. Furnish copiers/fax machines on a daily basis for a period ranging from approximately one day to 30 days at a time.
