Lever ette,213/894-6719 Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision for alteration of existing Terrace-Level space for the expansion of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and cafeteria at the Roybal Courthouse and Federal Building, located at 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA, per the construction plans and specifications. Work includes demolition and removal of existing walls, flooring, ceilings, mechanical, electrical and lighting systems and replacement with new walls, flooring, ceilings, millwork, mechanical, electrical and lighting systems with relocation and/or bypass of existing building mechanical and electrical systems so that building and adjacent spaces remain operational and occupiable at all times. Work also includes ballistic glazing and modification of existing Judge's elevator to provide an additional stop at the Terrace Level. Estimated cost range: Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Estimated completion: within 150 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
