Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, testing and disposal services required for the removal and site reclamation of three 25,000 gallon and three 12,000 gallon jet fuel tanks; one 2,000 gallon, one 1,100 gallon, one 10,000 gallon, and one 4,000 gallon fuel oil tank; one 4,000 gallon gasoline tank; one 2,000 gallon diesel fuel tank; and one 500 gallon used oil tank. All removal of UST's and restoration shall be in accordance with U.S. and State of Illinois EPA specifications and Illinois Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
