Project SGBP 95-0082, this project consists of pavement repairs to eight housing units located in the Capehart, Housing Area Offutt AFB NE. Included in this project will be the related work required as a result of these repairs. The project includes demolition, site grading, paving, and other miscellaneous and related work as required by the contract documents. Performance period is expected to be 60 calendar days. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than COB 16 June 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. SIC code 1771 applies. The SDB size standard of $7 million is a three-year average annual gross revenue. Please provide certified reports/statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is being considered, please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expedite SDB verification and contract award. Please ensure that your certified bonding capacity will satisfy the maximum amount indicated by the project's magnitude.
