National Guard Base portion of the Tulsa International Airport, Tulsa,
Oklahoma, 4200 North 93rd East Avenue, 74115-1699. The project
includes all plant, labor, materials, services, incidentals, and
equipment to perform all work as described on the plans and
specifications. The project includes but is not limited to demolition
of interior and exterior portions of the existing Fire Station,
construction of new concrete foundations and brick walls for the
addition, interior finishes and utilities, revisions to electrical
systems, new HVAC systems and installation of EMCS Controls and
Programming to integrate with existing Base Wide Johnson Controls JC-85
System, built up roof repair and new metal roofing and fascia for the
addition, interior signage, asphalt parking, concrete walks and curbs,
landscaping and sprinkler systems, speaker systems, telephone/data
wiring systems, and miscellaneous site work. All work must be completed
within 270 calendar days after the date of receipt of the Notice To
Proceed. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and
$500,000.00. All general contractors interested in bidding this project
must request an IFB from the USPFO-PC, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma
City, OK 73111-5398, Phone (405) 425-8346. IFB Packages ($100.00) are
non-refundable and available on or about 7 June 95. Tulsa contact

prior to arrival. A PreBid Conference and scheduled site visit will be

Classroom, Tulsa ANG Base. Site visits may be attended by General
Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors. No site visits will be
conducted the last two weeks of the Bid Period. Visiting Bidders must
complete a site visit form available from the Base Civil Engineer's
