The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to Repair Roofs at Mountain Home AFB and at two remote sites, Saylor Creek and Grasmere, Idaho. Work consists of but is not limited to:removing and replacing waterproof membranes, flashing, and insulation, inspect roof decking for damage, and verify proper roof drainage. The total performance period for this project is for a period of one calendar year with four succeeding years. The Contractor will be guaranteed a minimum amount of $30,000 for the basic year and each succeeding year. The maximum amount of this project is $500,000 for the first year and each succeeding year. The solicitation will be issued o/a 15 June 1995. Requests for solicitation must be in writing and include telephone number, fax number, 9 digit zip code, and information as to whether your organization is a large, small, or small disadvantaged business (SDB). The acquisition will be set-aside for SDBs; however, business concerns other than SDBs are invited to bid. If at the time of bid opening, SDB bids are determined to be more than 10% above the fair market price (reference DFARS 219.502-2-70(a)(2)), this acquisition will be converted to unrestricted. SDB notification must include certification of their eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern and evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds.
