This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Term Contract(s) with the ability to perform design-build services for projects with a ceiling for construction costs of approximately $500,000. The estimated cost of construction per year will not exceed $1 million per year per area. The contract(s) will consist of one base year with two one year options. Offers will be evaluated with source selection procedures outlined in the solicitation package. The government reserves the right to award one contract covering both Lackawanna/Luzerne and Lycoming counties or two contracts, one covering Lackawanna/Luzerne counties and one covering Lycoming county. Offerors may provide a single proposal for one area, and they may provide proposals for both areas to be considered for award.
