The work to be performed includes installation of a new 6'' water line with laterals, cross connections and service connections, installation of new pipe, fire hydrants, connections and isolation valves, water line shut-off valves, building connections and restoration and clean-up of affected area. The existing water line shall remain in service at all times during water main replacement except for short shut-downs required while connecting the house service connections. Work to commence five calendar days after notice to proceed and completed within 100 calendar days after the date of the notice to proceed. The magnitude of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Samll Business Demonstration Program.
