Supply and deliver to the USDA Facility in College Station, Texas, a Boiler with the following minimum features: 60 horsepower nature gas engine, capacity of 2,000,000.00 BTU/Hr, boiler design pressure of 30 PSI water, temperature control 180 - 210 degrees fahenheit, safety value setting 30 PSI, electrical controls 120/60/1, motors 120/60/1, and boiler shell (A.S.M.E. Code stamped Section IV w/latest addenda & National Board Registered), ABS Approved. The boiler-burner unit shall operate at a minimum efficiency (fuel to water) of not less than 80% over the entire firing range. The boiler shall be designed in accordance with the last edition of the ASME Boiler Code. It shall be National Board stamped and registered, and inspected by an authorized insurance company with a signed ASME Code data sheet, be UL Listed, and NFPA approved. The boiler must have a minimum five (5) year warranty. The boiler shall be completely piped and ready for service connections. All the electrical wiring, a NEMA 1 panel box with color coding, and a number panel strip shall be included. The entire unit shall be painted with an enamel finish. The boiler shall be equipped with a minimum of a 4'' alarm bell for low water alarm and/or flame failure. A high and low pressure switch with an alarm. Any offer without these minimum features will not be considered. Only written request for the solicitation will be accepted. No telephone/FAX request will be honored.
