The Office of Naval Research (ONR) plans to issue in late June an RFP for operation and maintenance support of ONR's Automated Information System as an 8(a) competitive set-aside. The following areas will be supported: (1) Windows NT local area/wide area network, (2) Help Desk, (3) End-user training of applications software, (4) IBM mainframe computer operations, (5) Specialized office automation efforts supporting financial management/comptroller, acquisition, and science and technology disciplines, and (6) Procurement and acquisition of federal information processing hardware and software resources. The Standard Industrial Classification code for this procurement is 7376 with a size standard of $18 million.
