circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif. 95.160. 1.

responsible: Ministry of Transport and Public Works. 3. Notified under

addition, where applicable): Radio link equipment for transmitting and
receiving digital signals and analogue video signals in the 38 GHz
range. 5. Title and number of pages of the notified document:
Specification of Conformity for Radio Equipment, SV 04-03, Radio Link
Equipment, Operating in the 37-39,5 GHz (5 pages). 6. Description of
content: This draft contains minimum requirements which the said radio
link equipment shall meet, amongst other things for use as a link
between GSM base stations and telecommunication infrastructure. 7.
Objective and rationale: The aim of this draft of minimum requirements
is to have equipment tested by recognized European test institutions
and approved by appointed bodies. 8. Relevant documents: Act governing
